COOKED CRAWFISH BY THE POUND OR SACK

McFarland Center was built in 1953 by Mr. Charles McFarland and his wife Ms. Virginia. They worked side by side to raise their children. I married into the family and eventually bought the business in 1975. I continued it as it was until 1986, when I built a new building and started several enterprises. Crawfish and Fish came bout in 1998 purely by accident as I found out I could sell what I enjoyed doing. Since then, like all good things, it has become a lot of work.
